Staff are wonderful people. Very personal. Plentiful breakfast. Beautiful scenery. Definitely romantic.

There is no address to go by on GPS. Must use coordinates and is on a long dirt road off the highway.

We loved it. We liked the building, full of character, and the location in such a quite place outside Ronda. Mari Paz was extremely helpful when we found out our flight was cancelled and had to find alternative arrangements. Very good breakfast too.

We liked everything. We had to pay 20€ for a one-way taxi into Ronda, which we thought it was a bit expensive for a ten minute ride. This is not the hotel's fault but worth being aware of.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and we had no major complaints.

It's really nice and different. It's like being a guest in a traditional hacienta. There's also the possibility to arrange horseriding. Fully airconitioned, which is great in Spain in August. Lovely breakfast and kind and helpful people. Great view to the cliffs of Ronda.

It's a bit hard to find as it's in the countryside, but we managed even without GPS.

Gave us a feel for living in the valley with the "White City" of Ronda in view. Great walk to town. A stream to splash in. Mules to ride but we didn't get to that.

Hotel situated in beautiful location with countryside views. Breakfast was sufficient, with toast and coffee.

Hotel difficult to find and the road leading up to it is very rough. Staff had limited English which was inconvenient at times.

They were very friendly and helpful, they let our 2 year old play with the dogs and meet their beautiful horses.

Make sure you print out a map ahead of time, just in case your rental car agency doesn't have the GPS you reserved.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; very nice location

We had an amazing value for our money at Hacienda Puerto De Las Muelas. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was peaceful and beautiful. The staff treated us with kindness and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast could have had more variety of items to choose from.

Off the beaten track in a tranquil location. Don't expect to be able to walk to attractions but enjoy the lovely vistas and rural surroundings. Staff / owners really nice and attentive. Very interesting equine theme. Owner passionate and highly qualified as a horseman / picador / matador. Good breakfast and nice bar and terrace. Views to Ronda five minutes away by car. Ronda and surroundings spectacular, with many attractions and superb food and drink too. Great high level hiking country to the east of Ronda.

Very peaceful setting and fantastic owners who were very helpful and friendly.

A shame that there was no option to have dinner as it meant having to go into Ronda. A small niggle really.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel in the countryside. The location was perfect, away from the main tourist areas and close to the living area, providing me with a serene and peaceful environment. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained. The adjacent equestrian school added to the charm of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the breakfast spread was simple but delicious.

The Hacienda is a wonderful and quiet place only a few minutes outside Ronda. The Service is excellent, the rooms are very nice and clean. A place of great hospitality. Go there with open eyes, open mind and an open heart.
